The work I share is unique. It’s led by Spirit and supported by my depth of heart-led, intuitive wisdom.
This work is about supporting you in love, compassion and deep acceptance. You will activate expanded awarenesses, receive new perspectives and awaken deeper soul truths. It’s about supporting you with healing, awakening transformation, and creating lasting changes from the inside out.
The relationship I build with my clients creates a safe space for you to do the work and comfortably come back home to yourself — all so you can shine as the soul you were born to be.

My mentorship is all about you. While I cannot create your vision or shift your life for you, I can support you with embracing your soul’s evolution with more ease, joy, love and connection.
My role as your Soul Guide and Mentor is to empower you to live in deep honouring of your inner truth and wisdom, and to anchor you in divine connection with who you are on a soul level, so you can awaken your soul’s light and live in the fullest expression of who you were born to be.

1:1 Voicenote Support is like having me in your pocket for a month! For 4 weeks, you share on SIGNAL in a voice message (so I can best tune into the energetics at play for you) your questions, experiences, challenges and victories as they come up for you, and on a designated day each week – I’ll tune in and respond to them with the love, guidance, intuition, soulful wisdom and support you know I share best.

1:1 Soul Guidance Session
This for you if you’re well on your path but know a full deep dive session with me will be just the tune-in and re-alignment your soul is asking for.
A 1:1 Soul Guidance session is ideal if you’re seeking soul support to keep the quality of alignment with your soul’s truest path.
Anyone who’s had a session with me knows we accomplish A LOT in one session. The channeled wisdom, practical day to day applications, along with the power of being totally seen, heard, understood, and having love reflected back to you resets and heals things in a deeply powerful way from the inside-out.
This is for you if you desire to live a spirit and heart led life, want to stay alive and vibrant, and feel called to continue growing, expanding and learning.
This is for those who know it’s super helpful and vital – for those on a spirit path – to have deep, loving soul support, guidance and mentorship from someone who gets them, lives in the same frequency family, and is rooting for their light to shine bright in this world.

Humans aren’t meant to grow, learn and expand on their own and when it comes to soul work, having a trusted someone that’s by your side sharing deep, loving support makes all the difference. And that’s exactly what this offering shares.
With this offering, before we begin, you will fill out an in-depth intake questionnaire to give us a deeper place to start from (and offer you some powerful questions to get clear on your intentions). You will also receive voicenote support, as needed, M-F in the time between our first and last session of the series.

An In-Person Healing Session
This deep, healing and transformative session is a 2 hour experience including everything you receive in a 1:1 Soul Guidance session as well as an individualized healing experience. A crystal healing, hands on energy work, and/or an energetic healing attunement are all possibilities. I will respond to your spiritual, emotional and energetic needs, to give your soul what it needs most.
The experience begins with a Soul Guidance session where we awaken, start to clear, and fertilize your energetic body for the hands-on healing work to come. These sessions beautifully depict the healing potency that comes from a Soul Guidance session. There’s real potency in being radically honest with ourselves, conscious and aware of our actions and behaviours, and the energetic quality our words and the language hold.
These sessions feel supportive, loving, and are incredible for igniting what you desire – and perfect for when you need a little jump start.

1:1 Four Day Retreat in Nosara, Costa Rica
This deep immersion is for you if you’re desiring a next level spiritual experience and upgrade.
This offering includes everything A Deep 1:1 Soul Guidance Experience shares, plus an initial Soul Guidance session prior to your arrival, and a completely individualized 4 day deep-dive retreat experience with me in Nosara, Costa Rica.
This individualized experience is for you if you’re ready to take your life to the next level and want a powerful healing and activation to get to the magic your soul is calling for. It will meet you where you’re at and take you where you desire to be.
Your one-on-one time with me in Nosara, Costa Rica will include:
an initial deep dive, excavation session
a transformational soul guidance session to clear, heal and activate your physical, mental, emotional and energetic vessel
soul shifting meditations and visualizations
individualized healing practices and exercises (such as journaling and specific mindfulness practices)
