Manifest A Life You Love Workshop

In this workshop I dive into how to embrace the change needed to manifest a life you love. Yup, I know “change” means work, but that’s where I, and the wisdom I share in this workshop, are here to support you.

Albert Einstein said, The definition of insanity is doing the same things over and over again and expecting different results.

Creating, and manifesting, a life you love (and desire most) begins with how you approach what is - AND what you do each day. The practices, thoughts, behaviors and choices you engage in create your story and your life reality. Which means, how you think, turns into what you do, and creates who you are - and the life you live.

Change in uncomfortable - but this discomfort is the gateway of possibility. Walking through the river of change toward the life you want takes conscious work and mindful choice - and it's ALWAYS worth it!

If you want to embrace desired change, you have to shift what you think into what you do and this will become who you are. During this workshop I teach you how to do just that.

In this workshop you will learn:

  • how to get clear on the reality you want to live

  • the key steps to manifesting – including my favourite secrets!

  • powerful mindset and perspective shifting tools to support you in stepping into change

  • things to watch for so your mind doesn’t sabotage the change you’re trying to make

  • A visualization to get clear on and connect you with your future self (the visualization begins just after 11 minutes into the workshop). Reminder: once you're clear on your future self, visit and connect to the vision, feelings, sensation, and emotions of her - and the life you want to live - each and every day.

You will also receive journal prompts (see below) to support you with diving deeper, gaining greater clarity and feeling more supported in the soul work that gets ignited and activated from the workshop.

Journal Prompts:

1. What default behaviour patterns are you ready to release?

2. Write out 30 to 50 things that you love, make you feel happy, inspire you, bring you joy, and are important to you. This list will help you get even more connected with and clear on your future self.

3. Describe your future self. What does she look like, what clothes does she wear, how does she wake up, what practices does she engage in, what food does she eat, what people does she spend time with, how does she feel, what does she like doing, where is she living, how does she spend her day, etc...
