The wisdom I share though this practice invites you into deeper connection with your heart. I speak about the importance of releasing and how to release “the holding on” of how things “should be” and how to melt more into trust and knowing that life is happening for you.
I also share what themes we may experience when mercury is in retrograde and with the presence of a Full Moon. I welcome you to consider how you respond to, manage and navigate through stress and offer suggestions for processing stress in a way that’s healthy for the mind, body and spirit. I share more about how engaging in life’s sweetness and positivity is the best medicine to manage and navigate life’s challenges. Finally, invite you to remember the gift we hold, and can access anytime, our ability to BREATHE.

VIDEO #2
In this practice I share a delicious Yin practice - which offers the invitation for deep healing and release. A Yin practice allows for you to connect with releasing the doing and allow for deep presence and being. In this practice, you’ll dive deeper into the experience surrendering - and how important it is to listen, allow opening and welcome trust.
Remember: there is always a place of stillness that lives within us — that is outside of time, and all of life's other constraints and distractions.
Journal Prompts:
1. a) What are the things in your life that are keeping you from taking time to recharge and give back to your body, mind and spirit? Obviously life... so name those "life" things and also think about the habits and behaviours you have that make this difficult.
b) Look at this list and consider where you can say no, hire out, ask for help or delegate.
2. What are you ready to let go of? Create some YES and/or NO statements around this.
3. What are you going to do to make a commitment to you? And email me if you want an accountability buddy. Creating change on your own is no very easy - so please know I'm here for you!
VIDEO #3
The theme of this is about inviting us to create a reality that allows our truest selves to shine brighter. I speak to the way growth spurts to a more expansive sense of self can feel uncomfortable but with a perspective shift become such a gift. The place to start this work is to release the armour or “life things” that keep you from this truest self and expression of you. This practice guides and supports you with releasing and letting go of the old to create space a make room for the new.
Journal Prompts:
1. Who are you? When you connect to your heart, what does it say? Describe her... write out the characteristics.
2. What are you ready to release? Think of the behaviours and patterns that no longer serve you (remember: all of the patterns, even the not so positive ones, have all served a purpose - but this doesn't mean they continue to serve you now). Create some intentions to support the release of these.
3. What are you ready to say YES to? Think of the you you're ready to be and speak to what you are going to say yes to in support of her shining bright.
VIDEO #4
The theme this practice invites is the perspective of how important it is to replenish and nourish ourselves - and how valuable and impactful the choices we make are. The intention with this class was to fill your well and give you an experience that would connect you more deeply with your heart and inner wisdom. May this be just the medicine your heart and soul needs. I hope it's a gift of ease and breath for your heart and soul, as much as it fuels and nurtures your physical body.
Journal Prompts:
1. On a scale from 1 to 10, over the past week, where would you say your stress level has been? What about over the past month? And half a year?
2. What do you do to replenish your system? And what practices, rituals and habits feel nourishing to you? Considering Q 1 and 2, take a moment to consider how much nourishment you're giving yourself and how well you're replenishing yourself - especially in light of how much stress you're experiencing. Are you balancing the scales?
3. What has your intuition been saying to you over the past week? And what came up during or after this practice?
4. How can you step into action to honour what your intuition is saying?
