Hi, I'm Cath.
My life started in Toronto. I was raised and grew up there. After my 3 incredible children were born, we lived in Costa Rica for 8 magical years, and we now call Los Angeles home.
It took me a couple of decades to truly understand the gift I was born with.
For as long as I can remember, I've had a love for and understanding of people, alongside a natural call to support them in their human experience — with how to feel their best, relieve suffering, and connect with joy.
Every single day I feel deeply grateful to share the work I get to. Work that’s such an expression of the gift I was born to share. I feel honoured to understand and see people beyond the surface, past the story they tell themselves, and into something truer. This way of being has made it so I never feel like I’m working — it’s just a part of who I am, how I move through the world, and what I was born for.
I've navigated seasons of profound joy, significant challenge, and everything in between. I've been the black sheep in a room I was supposed to belong in. I've felt the weight of carrying a lot while being the one others turn to.
All of this — every experience, every hard season, every moment of clarity that came through the difficulty — informs the depth of the work I share. The depth I'm able to hold for others is rooted in the depth I've been willing to go myself.
About
The Work
For over two decades, I've supported leaders and visionaries in navigating the internal dimensions of leadership with greater clarity, presence, and vitality. My foundation is rooted in Yoga and Reiki — practices that taught me, long before coaching became a cultural conversation, that the body, heart, energetic system, and the spirit are never separate from the work.
What I bring is part advisory, part transformational, and part something that doesn't have a clean category.
I have a deep intuitive capacity — an ability to sense and see what is most alive, most stuck, or most ready to shift in the people I work with. I don't lead with it as a headline, but it is the quiet engine behind why this work moves the way it does. It's what makes a session feel less like a conversation and more like arriving somewhere you didn't know you needed to go.
This is not at methodology. It is not a framework or a formula. It is something more essential than that.
What I Know to Be True
You can muscle your way through. You're capable of that — and you probably have been. But there is a different way to lead. One that doesn't require you to leave parts of yourself behind in order to get where you're going.
The women I work with are often carrying more than they let on. They're the ones everyone else turns to, and they rarely have a space where they can be fully honest about what leadership is actually asking of them. What I offer you is that space — and more than that, a partnership that supports you in connecting to the parts of yourself that are ready to lead at a higher level. The parts that are alive and waiting, but don't yet have the root system to fully hold them.
Leaders are, curiously, the only high-performing people not expected or assumed to have a coach. The ones who hold the most are often the least supported. Let’s change that.
A Little More About Me
My work has always lived at the intersection of the inner and the outer — the seen and the unseen. For me, this work is what I imagine it feels like for Yo-Yo Ma to play. It is not something I do. It is something I am.
I'm deeply committed to my own continued growth, my own inner work, and living as authentically as I invite the women I work with to live. I lead from the inside out — not as a philosophy I've adopted, but as the only way I know how to be.
I'm so glad you're here. If this is resonating with you, I’d love to connect.
